At Alen Africa ("አለን አፍሪካ" - an Amharic word which means "We are there for you"), we are dedicated to empowering girls in Ethiopia by providing essential menstrual hygiene products. With 70% of Ethiopian girls lacking these products due to financial, cultural, and awareness barriers, many girls face school absenteeism and diminished self-esteem. We believe every girl deserves the dignity to manage her menstrual health and stay in school, without hindrance.
